Android app
Power Leveling
A gym log. Plan workouts on a calendar, log what you lift, and see your strength score next to reference marks.
Coming soon to Google Play · iOS in development
What's new. A Calendar tab replaces the PRs tab, the Friends tab now centers on friends, and the app has a new shield logo.
-
Calendar
Plan workouts and see past and planned sessions in a month view. Copy a workout from your history or a friend's, and set weekly repeats with reminders.
-
Workout log
Record workouts, including machine and bodyweight exercises. Copy any past workout to start a new one.
-
Strength score
A strength score sits next to reference marks drawn from the lifts you log. The score compares those numbers. It does not state a health result.
-
Friends
A friends list shows each friend's Power Level and recent workouts. Copy a friend's workout to your own plan. You can report a post or block an account.
-
Insights
Last-7-days insights are free for everyone.
-
Body metrics
Record body measurements. A body-fat figure can be estimated from tape measurements you enter. It is an estimate, not a clinical test.
-
Activity
Steps and calories can appear when you connect Health Connect and allow those permissions.
-
Settings
A new Settings page sits behind the gear icon.
-
Faster
Faster screens and lighter battery use.
-
Share
Share can build an AI snapshot: a summary of numbers you logged, which you can send to an AI tool you choose. The snapshot is a copy of logged data, not advice.
Optional Pro
Pro is optional. It includes no ads, a cloud backup of your logs, a personal API for your own data, and Connect your AI coach, which links an AI assistant you choose to your logs. When a listing is live, the price is shown in Google Play before you buy.
Power Leveling stores what you log. It does not prescribe workouts, and it does not describe health effects.
Questions about ads, Pro, or deleting data are on the support page.
